Charming mountain cabin at 1,400 meters, located in Curadure, 10 km (25 minutes) from Roncone (Sella Giudicarie). Perfect for mountain lovers, those seeking relaxation, or anyone wanting a break from daily life. Ideal for mountain biking, e-biking, and hiking, surrounded by woods.



The cabin offers peace and comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area, kitchen, and utility room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one triple (double bed and single bed) and one double (three-quarter bed plus single camp bed). The bathroom has a shower. There are five comfortable beds in total. Hot water is provided by an LPG boiler, and the house is connected to the electricity grid. Mobile coverage is not guaranteed.



There is no heating system, but on cool evenings at the start or end of the season, you can use the fireplace to warm up.



The house is easily accessible by car and has a reserved parking space. Outside, there is a large lawn with a barbecue. There are no cots for children. Access to the sleeping area is via an internal staircase. In Roncone, you'll find main services such as pharmacy, supermarkets, petrol stations, tobacconist/newsagent, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants. There is no wifi or fiber internet. Pets are allowed.

stupendo!

Pros: la casa è eccezionale, molto pulita, c'è tutto il necessario, check in ottimo, la posizione da sola vale il prezzo, garantito! posizione e panorama impagabili! superiore alle aspettative, se cerchi un posticino dove rilassarti e stare a contatto con la natura, lontano dal mondo. ugualmente, se vuoi scendere in paese, una ventina di minuti d'auto per il paesino con servizi essenziali e mezz'oretta per il paese con supermercati etc Cons: non che non mi sia piaciuto, sarebbe piu giusto formulare la domanda con "che cosa si potrebbe ancora migliorare secondo te?". la risposta allora sarebbe: ad ora la valutazione è 10/10. per l'11/10 aggiungerei un bagnettino sotto, per la quantità di ospiti a cui può arrivare la casa un piccolo secondo bagno sarebbe ottimale. per il 12/10 un barbecue esterno ci starebbe alla grande. per il 15/10 (veramente un super plus, ma per come sono io) una tettoietta sul davanti a coprire una parte della casa, per poter godere dell'esterno anche in caso di pioggia, cosa che io amo in particolare.
