Enjoy Stone Harbor in this bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath second-floor condo with beautiful ocean views- beach access is right across the street.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom includes queen bunk beds. The location is ideal: walk a blocks to town for shopping, restaurants, movies, and local conveniences and enjoy NOT having to pay for or find parking!

Pillows, bedspreads, and blankets are provided. Guests are responsible for bringing/renting sheets, towels. Several island linen rental companies offer convenient delivery, including options to make the beds before arrival and pick up linens after departure.

Please note: this condo is located on the second floor and requires stairs.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up any sand- there is an extra $100 cleaning fee for sand in the condo

Make beds with spread and pillows, remove your linens and towels. Remove ALL food, random plastic and paper and spices- should only be salt and pepper in kitchen
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are 6 beach chairs in the back shed for your use marked Unit 4
There's a bunkbed waiver that must be read and signed prior to renting. Bunks are (bigskybunks.com) rated for adults but must be used safely

Why they chose this property

Being able to see the ocean from the deck is magical, being able to be in the ocean in 2 minutes is even better. Close to the farmers market, restaurants, ICECREAM and the movie house makes life so convenient.

What makes this property unique

The location is really great. You can just relax and have all that Stone Harbor has to offer without navigating the hassle or dealing with finding and paying for parking
