Brand New! 4 Bedroom 3-1/2 bath beach house. Large rear yard and patio!

Just built, brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home 10 minutes from the delaware MD beaches. Home is located just off rte 54 on the border of MD / DE. All high end furniture with large 50" tv's in every bedroom and 77" large Sony OLED 4k tv in living room. Alll beds are top quality! Home can sleep 6 adults and 4 children with 3 cars max at the property. I also have another property in the area with 60 five star reviews. Very clean and spacious house

Our host is very helpful and very professional. The house is very clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely use it again for any few days' getaway.

The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed. I traveled with my husband and dear friends who were visiting from Scotland. We loved everything about this beach house! We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals and this was by far the nicest!

Fresh, clean and comfortable stay

Bernard is an amazing host. He is very responsive and accommodating to our needs. His property is fresh and clean with premium beautiful furniture/decor and smart TVs in each bedroom (75 inch OLED in living room!). We had small children so we were mindful of the glass coffee and end tables in common room. Overall, great comfortable vacation for 3 families.

My second vacation home in southern DE. Very clean with all new furniture and 50" tv's in all bedrooms. Living room has a huge 77" Sony OLED 4K TV.
My other property is 5 minutes away and has 59 out of 59 five star reviews.

The furniture is very good quality and very beautiful. Location is close to great dining and /Freeman Stage concerts. Also across the street from Bayside golf. All supplies are in the house including toilet paper, soaps, laundry detergent, and bottled water.
