Rustic house renovated in 2022, set in an olive grove with centuries-old trees, with a private terrace offering spectacular views of the lake.
Ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday, starting point for mountain hikes, excursions and trips to the lake.

To reach the property it is necessary to drive along the scenic southern road, proceeding up a steep slope of about 300 metres, passable by any vehicle, bike or scooter. It is advisable to proceed slowly for those arriving with a trailer or trail bike. It is also possible to climb without a trailer and retrieve the bikes after parking the car .

It is about 3 km from the historical centre of Malcesine and the cable car, 2 km from the bus station.
The nearest airport is Villafranca airport about 60 km away.
