Newly renovated holiday apartment (50 square meters) on the first floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena) just 3 minutes on foot. The main avenue of Cala Ferrera, with shops, restaurants and parks, is only a 10-minute walk away, and Cala D'or is 20 minutes away on foot. In front of the building, you will find free public parking, a small supermarket with all necessities, and the public bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot.



The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people. It features 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), and a fully equipped kitchen (capsule coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, among other appliances). There are 3 balconies and a shared pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.



The apartment offers air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and self check-in via key box. The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash on arrival. A cot is available on request and for an extra charge per night, to be paid in cash. Taxi service for airport transfers is available upon request.
