Sand Holiday Rental<br>This holiday rental is located on the 1st floor. The apartment is approximately 27 square metres in size and comfortably furnished for 2 people.<br>A combined living room and bedroom with a double fold-out bed, sofa, TV armchair, corner closet (110 x 110 cm), cosy dining area, flat-screen TV, and CD/DVD player.<br>The holiday rental was renovated in January/February 2014 and equipped with a central electric hot-water heating system (not a night storage heater). <br><br>Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available on-site, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the ground floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the holiday rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. From the building, you can reach the town centre and the beach within a 5- to 8-minute walk, so you won’t need your car.<br><br>A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, access to which is already included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go for a swim even when the tide is low. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
