This house is located within 1/4 of a mile from both the Harwood Lake Segment of the Ice Age Trail and Chippewa County ATV/UTV trails. A scenic drive to any of the local attractions: Lake Holcombe, Music Fest grounds, County hunting land and snowmobile trails. With three bedrooms featuring two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a futon, guests find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms are a must and that box is checked! The Kitchen is fully equipped. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quality time indoors, this house provides a perfect retreat. The house is cozy and clean with a Very homey feel. The outside setting is very secluded, beautiful and relaxing. Even our dog loved the place. Amazing price for what you are getting!

PaPa's Country Home came about when my grandson's grandfather, PaPa Bob, passed away unexpectedly and my grandson inherited this property. He won't be 18 until 2029, so this was the logical solution.

Why they chose this property

The turkeys and deer are frequent guests in the yard. There are numerous piebald deer in area, and some even venture close to the house.

What makes this property unique

It's in a rural area but close to both Cornell and Holcombe. If your here to explore the Ice Age Trail, you can walk a 1/4 a mile to get to it. Here to ride the ATV/UTV trails? Again, 1/4 mile to the trails.
