Rosen Retreat
Welcome to Rosen Retreat, your mountain getaway in the beautiful gated community of Innsbruck Golf Resort, just minutes from downtown Helen, Georgia.
Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, this spacious cabin is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories with family and friends. Enjoy all that Innsbruck has to offer, including golf, swimming, tennis, and easy access to the charming shops, restaurants, and attractions of Helen. Guests have access to Innsbruck Sports Complex-Pool Pickleball as well.

The cabin features three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. Each level of the home includes a bedroom and full bath, providing privacy and convenience for guests. The family room features a cozy gas fireplace, while the lower-level game room offers additional space to gather and have fun with a ping pong table, fire pit, comfortable seating area, and pull-out sofa bed.

Step outside and take in the fresh mountain air from one of the multiple decks, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy your morning coffee and evening conversations from the covered front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing.

Adventure is always nearby! Helen is home to tubing, mini golf, ziplining, fishing, shopping, seasonal festivals, Solara Day Spa inside Valhalla, Sports Complex, Golfing, and so much more. This place was super cozy, very clean, and a great location. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I like that the basement area has its own living area and bathroom. It was gorgeous. We had 4 adults and 5 children with us. My 11 year old son was in a wheelchair and I also have a 10 month old. Very functional and spacious.

Great cabin for a family gathering. Lots of sleeping options. Clean, quiet and just a short 10 min drive down the mountain and your directly in the middle of Helen!! The kitchen is fully stocked with things needed to cook for a crowd and lots of extra blankets and pillows in the closets. Check in was super easy and the front gate staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Rosen Retreat did not disappoint

Rosen retreat is a beautiful cabin set in an amazing setting. Whilst it felt secluded it was very accessible. Lots to do in the area but we also enjoyed staying at the cabin, relaxing in the hot tub or warming up around the fire.

We had a blast in Helen! The property was very clean and we loved the lay out of the house. There is a bed room and bathroom on each floor. Everyone had their own privacy. It is a short drive, about 7 minutes, to all of the main attractions. Will definitely stay again!

We were overly impressed with the cleanliness and preparedness of this property, upon entering. The location of the home felt quiet in the wooded subdivision, while being so close to downtown Helen. It was very rainy and cold, but the cabin was cozy with lots of extra blankets. It was comfy with the fireplace going. We didn't use the hot tub. I couldn't bring myself to put on a bathing suit in the cold damp weather. There were no bath towels in the lower level bathroom, but they quickly brought us some after contacting the rental company

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had the best weekend in Helen. We love visiting this town. This home was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean. Check-in process was simple and stress free along with checking out. The community is beautiful and we felt very safe. It was peaceful and relaxing. We ended our night with a fun family ping pong tournament. I highly recommend this property.

Hideaway Above Helen

This was our annual post Christmas family trip. The house was perfect for three couples. Everyone had their own king size bed and full bathroom. The house was even decorated for Christmas which was such a nice touch. It was very clean. Our only issue was that the master bedroom bed was REALLY hard. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities of the house because it rained the whole time but loved having a fireplace and a hot tub.
