Villa Paco Denia is a beach house with direct access to the quiet white sandy Santa Ana Beach in Denia Costa Blanca. Located between Valencia and Alicante.
Villa Paco Dénia is available for midweeks, long weekends, and weekly rentals all year round.
Downstairs - main entrance - you will enter a small patio with a bbq area, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer. inside there is a kitchen with dining area, 1 double bedroom, and 1 two single bed bedroom

On beach level, you find a terrace in the dunes with direct access to the beach, a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, a lounge sofa, and outdoor gas heater. Inside you have a living room, kitchen, laundry área, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. At the back of the house, there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.

No air conditioning at the property but each room have its own fan
We provide internet and television with a connection to Netflix.
