We are pleased to present our large house near the beach with a gigantic pool with chill-out and a beach entrance into the pool (no heated pool), large jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, four bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite, huge terrace, large living room with open kitchen and large carport .

It is only 450 m from the sandy beach.

At the bottom of the house, you enter the large, sunny living room with open kitchen and cooking island through the entrance. To the right of the flight is the kitchen which is well equipped with a new induction hob on the island, a miele dishwasher, washing machine, LARGE BOSCH fridge freezer, microwave and small appliances.

You get through the covered terrace to the large pool area and the outdoor kitchen and garden.

Two bedrooms lead off the living room, each with a bathroom en suite (shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet) and a small guest bathroom.

The stairs take you to the upper area with access to the large roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. There are also 2 bedrooms upstairs; the smaller one with pool view and bathroom en suite with shower, the large master bedroom with integrated bathroom has its own terrace access, a corner whirlpool bath with LED lighting and shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning cold/warm. In winter, the house is heated with underfloor heating, which is operated using a heat pump.

Outside you can relax on the hammock, have a barbecue in the outdoor barbacoa, refresh yourself in the 15 x 4.5 m pool with beach entrance and extra seats with a massage or loungers relaxed in the garden on one of the loungers.

It is only 400 m to the next restaurant, for example the Cafe Soles with its rustic style, international cuisine and delicious lunch. The nearest supermarket is only 450 m and the beautiful sandy beach of Denia-las Marinas is only 500 m.

The house has shutters inside or blackout curtains, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning, and of course internet.


The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service. In addition, 105 kW of electricity per week is free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 euros. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and will be charged according to consumption.

Extras on request at extra cost: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people to and from Alicante or Valencia airport, a private cook, a private masseur, a DJ for birthdays, etc.

We also offer a pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, talk to us.
