This cosy, non-smoking apartment on the ground floor features three rooms—a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a guest room with a sleeper sofa—offering plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment’s historic charm is evident in the original wooden floorboards from the Wilhelminian era, combined with high-quality solid wood furniture and stylish rattan accents. The modern kitchenette features a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave—ideal for self-catering. Additional amenities include a TV, CD player, and a private washing machine. A parking space is available right next to the building. Upon request, we’ll provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional fee.

The historic villa is located just about 150 metres from the fine sandy beach, the Ahlbeck pier, and the concert shell. From the upper-floor apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

Each holiday apartment has its own parking space right on the property—a special convenience given Ahlbeck’s central location. 

The villa stands out for its central, beachfront location: bakeries, supermarkets, ATMs, and numerous restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Ahlbeck main train station is also only about 900 metres away and easily accessible on foot.

For active holidaymakers, the location offers the ideal starting point: set out directly from the beach promenade on beautiful biking and hiking tours—for example, to Zinnowitz, the Achterwasser, or across the border to Poland.

Note: The neighbouring house is currently being renovated, so there may be occasional noise disturbances.
