4-room apartment in the loft. Entrance with wardrobe. Very large living room with dining area for up to 10 people. The living room has a fireplace and an exit to the balcony with a beautiful view towards Sils-Baselgia. Fully renovated kitchen. Separate toilet. Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with WC/double lavabo/tub. Bathroom with shower/WC/lavabo. Room with built-in wardrobes and 2 beds. Room with small library and sofa bed. 2 garage spaces. Pets are not permitted.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Furtschellas is located at the entrance to the village of Sils-Maria. Cross-country skiing tracks can be found next to the house. The valley station of the Furtschellas cable car can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by sports bus (bus stop 50m from the house). The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.

sehr nett, wir durften den Schlüssel früher beziehen, eine Nachfrage bei der Reinigungsequipe war selbstverständlich! allenfalls ein Vermerk, dass es doch einige Treppenstufen sind von der Tiefgarage bis hoch und anschliessend im Haus. Jetzt geht's noch gut, aber in 10 Jahren, wer weiss ;-) in letzter Minute gebucht und bezahlt, hat einwandfrei geklappt! keine
