Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Für Bahnreisende völlig ungeeignet. Das sollte in der Annonce unbedingt angegeben werden. Man muss die Koffer 3 km (laut Angabe beim Check-in "ca. 1,5 km") vom Büro bis zur Ferienwohnung hinter sich herschleppen oder stundenlang auf einen Bus warten, der dort hinfährt. Einen Transfer-Service zu der abgelegenen Wohnung gibt es nicht. Den Hermes Service in Boltenhagen, bei dem man die Koffer am Urlaubsende dann wieder nach Hause schicken konnte, gibt es jetzt ebenfalls nicht mehr, erklärte man uns bei der Anreise lapidar und ließ uns mit dem Problem im Regen stehen. Den nächsten Hermes fanden wir durch eigene Recherche im Ort Klütz. Bei der Abreise mussten wir also vorab die Koffer mit dem Bus nach Klütz bringen, vorher umständlich die Schlüssel im Büro abgeben (dadurch wieder Wartezeit auf den nächsten Bus nach Klütz), dann noch unseren eigentlichen Bus nach Grevesmühlen erwischen, alles sehr stressig und anstrengend. Von einem durchschnittlichen "Service"-Büro hätten wir eine Vorab-Info zu diesen Umständen erwartet. Überhaupt scheint der Service-Gedanke dort wenig zu zählen, das Personal ist unfreundlich abgegrenzt, konträr, nicht hilfsbereit und wenig kompetent. Als Gast und Urlauber fühlt man sich hier nicht willkommen.Zur Wohnung: Eigentlich hübsch und gemütlich, wird dieser erste Eindruck durch den mangelhaft gepflegten Zustand nachhaltig getrübt, und zwar hygienisch ebenso wie technisch.
