Die Heizung war ausgeschaltet, der Ofen defekt. Keine Brandmelder installiert. Das Licht teilweisen defekt. Bei Anreise waren die Betten bereit benutzt und es lagen gebrauchte Socken darin. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und der Garten konnte nicht genutzt werden, da das gemähte Gras liegen gelassen wurde.
