This house in Cary NC is a great stay. Everything is very clean and as pictured. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. The hosts responded immediately when contacted. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house is in a decent location and is conveniently located with easy access to both major highways. There is also a large amount of outdoor space that could be used for a variety of purposes. Unfortunately, I had two significant issues during my stay.1. The air conditioning did not work. I reached out to the owners, and while they responded quickly, nothing was done to address the issue. I was simply told that the AC was working. I attempted some basic troubleshooting myself, but was unsuccessful. As a result, the house was extremely hot and uncomfortable.2. The late checkout was not respected. I paid for a late checkout of 1:00 PM. At approximately 12:30 PM, we were still gathering our belongings and taking things to the car. The owners drove by to check whether we had left, and at 12:46 PM, they entered the house while we were still in the process of getting everything out. I found this very uncomfortable and felt that, since I had paid for a 1:00 PM checkout, we should have been given that full amount of time.Unfortunately, these two issues significantly impacted our stay. Because of them, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.

We later confirmed that a temporary local power grid issue caused a minor glitch with the HVAC system during your stay. The issue has since been fully resolved, but we are truly sorry that it impacted your comfort. Regarding checkout, we always aim to respect our guests' privacy and time. We agreed to a late checkout of 1:00 PM, and our team did not arrive at the property until 1:20 PM to begin preparing for the next guests. At that time, we noticed your group was still finalizing packing and departed around 1:30 PM. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the entry time or if our arrival made you feel rushed. Beautiful, clean, organized property. Amenities and attention-to-detail went far beyond properties we have stayed at in similar price range. Very unique decorations throughout the house. Beautiful sunroom. Very large yard. Well equipped gym. We travelled with a baby, a toddler, and teenagers and it was a good fit for all ages. We loved that each bedroom had a desk. In a very nice area, the neighborhood felt safe and convenient shopping and dining nearby. The host was very communicative. We would definitely visit again.
