Corso Vittorio Emanuele is the most important street in Bosa; it runs parallel to the river Temo through the old town. Here you can still find old stately 17th century bourgeois houses, including the "Palazzo Scarpa", where you can feel the breath of history to this day. The bright and friendly flat, renovated in 2009, has a total of 210 sqm. Equipped with three large and bright bedrooms, a living room, a very large dining room with salon, kitchen and bathroom, it offers ample space for 6 - 8 people.
Furnished with partly antique furniture, the flat transports you to an atmosphere of past glorious times and you feel a living past.
The large flat is located on the 3rd floor and within this flat a staircase leads to the 4th floor to a small attic (30 sqm), which was converted into a granny flat in 2018. Here you will also find the fourth bedroom and the second bathroom! The granny annexe (living/bedroom area, small kitchen and bathroom) is always rented in connection with the lower flat, as it does not have a separate entrance. On the large balconies on the 4th floor, with a view of the Temo Valley or the old town with its castle, you can have breakfast or a romantic dinner by candlelight with a glass of wine.
The price displayed is defined by the number of guests and always represents the final price for both units!!!
With us you will not spend your holiday in a holiday or tourist complex, but in the middle of daily Sardinian life. From our palazzo you can do everything on foot, such as shopping, strolling and eating out, because you are already in the old town.
For the little ones we are happy to provide (at no extra charge) a high chair and/or a Tripp Trapp as well as a wooden cot with linen.
For the cold season, the flat has pellet central heating. The price includes sufficient towels, kitchen towels and bed linen.
The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is a pedestrian zone from 11:00 a.m. until midnight, which is very pleasant and traffic-calming, but unfortunately it is not possible to drive in front of our house during this period.
The stucco work in the dining room was restored in 2020, as well as the living room ceiling with the ceiling paintings.
License of the apartment is I.U.N.P3475.
