We are in the heart of one of the oldest villages in Sardinia. The house offers a renovated apartment safeguarding the old stone parts of the house. We are inside a large building which in the past belonged to noble families. We have installed air conditioning for the summer and heating for cold weather. FREE WIFI. From the courtyard there is access to this apartment comprising, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, two double bedrooms (or single beds), a particular large and illuminated walk-in closet, a bathroom with large shower and a closet. On the first floor a large living room consisting of the sitting area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and a dining area for 6-8 people. The whole living room has a spectacular double view: towards the cathedral and towards the sea. The glass door leads to a terrace with an exciting view of the village and the sea. Connected to the living room there is a large eat-in kitchen, very well equipped: table with 4 chairs, SMEG fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven. Second bathroom with shower, bidet two sinks: bright and very comfortable.
