The holiday apartment "Casa Rocca" offers guests a fantastic stay experience. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of the historic 19th-century "Palazzo Cossu" on Via Carmine, just steps from Bosa's main street, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. This lively area is the heart of the city, full of shops, bars, restaurants, and museums. The building features traditional, rather high steps and is recommended for guests comfortable with stairs.
The 62 m² apartment is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
It consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms, each with a smart TV and air conditioning to ensure the ideal temperature year-round. It's perfect for both short and long stays in Bosa, the colorful main city of the Planargia region.
A panoramic terrace on the 5th floor is exclusively for guests. From here, you can admire the Serravalle Castle (also known as the Malaspina or Bosa Castle) on one side and enjoy romantic sunsets over the Temo Valley on the other. Free street parking is available in the nearby Piazza Carmine or near the cemetery.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
The property is less than 3 km from Bosa Marina beach, and public transport is within walking distance.

Freundliche, schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sauber und malerisch gelegen inmitten Bosas Altstadt. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderschön.
