Perfect location. The train station and town centre are just a 5-minute walk away. Bus stop right in front of the building. Supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The approximately 50-square-meter apartment is divided into a separate bedroom, a large living/dining room, a balcony with a panoramic view, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom with a tub, and offers sleeping space for 2 in the bedroom and 3 in the living room.
A radio and TV in the living room with a DVD recorder and several children’s films, as well as a TV in the bedroom, are provided.
Various board games and books are included.
Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, and the kitchen features a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, and stove.
A separate laundry room in the building offers the option to wash and dry laundry (for a fee).
