In the morning, you can hire a boat or set off on a hike in the nearby forest with a packed lunch in your rucksack.

In the small town of Bad Arolsen, you can experience beautiful culture and immerse yourself in exciting history. From 1655 to 1918, it was the residence of the Princes of Waldeck-Pyrmont and then the capital of the Free State of Waldeck until 1929.
