Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Gas heating. View of the port. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
