A single-storey 1997 sq ft. house in the foothills of San Bernardino, 4 yrs. since it was built. The property is located near the 215 freeway/15 freeway and it's on a gated community. Proximities to the hospitals, Big Bear Lake, Lake Arrowhead, Lake Gregory or just within Inland Empire, from San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga to Ontario.
The house is 1997 sq.ft. house, with a bonus room. Primary bedroom has a 65" Samsung smart TV, ceiling fan and a dresser below. En suite shower (no bath tub) and 2 sinks, with a walk in closet. Located behind the kitchen and living room.
The 2 bedrooms are located towards the front with shared bathroom. No TV, no ceiling fans on these two bedrooms.
Living room is adjacent to primary bedroom with an 85" Samsung smart TV,
All bedrooms, including the bonus room have LED recessed lighting that are dimmable.
Each bedroom have window treatments and sun/light blocking treatment.
Covered patio with outdoor fan and two LED recessed lighting.
All bedrooms are carpeted, with the bathrooms and common areas in vinyl sheet flooring.
Clean house, easy to maintain and navigate as it is a single-storey.
If you're looking for a month to 3 months stay, either for work or for leisure, this is the place for you.
