Private: property, orchard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Le Plagnol" 18 km, rocky beach "Rives Borne" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Vallon Pont d'arc 52 km, Grotte Chauvet 56 km, Les Vans 23 km, Canyoning Gorges de Chassezac 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Villefort 6 km. Hiking paths: Corniche de Casteljo 17 km, Sentier vigneron Lablachère 18 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Le Trépadou", 2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Fully in 2022, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), fan. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Net huis. Maar moeilijk toeganklijk. Verder prima in orde. Lieve vriendelijke verhuurder Wel een piepklein supermarktje op 3km. Maar lang niet alles verkrijgbaaar. minimaal 20 minuten rijden door de bergen. Ver van de echte bewoonde wereld. Prachtige natuur en heeel veel rust.
