Vacation on the houseboat "Joana" - whether as a couple, with children, family or friends - go swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling, lie in the sun and enjoy peace and relaxation in the midst of nature, far from city noise and stress.

The cozy and modern furnished houseboat has a size of 12.50 x 4.70m with a living area of about 40 sqm and an equally large roof terrace.

"Joana" offers enough space and comfort for 4 people with an unobstructed view from the salon to the lake and the view from the roof terrace over the lake.



The houseboat has:

- A spacious salon with living/dining area, incl. sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

- One bedroom with queen size bed (1,60 m x 2,00 m)

- A guest room with sofa bed (1,35 m x 1,80 m to 2,00 m), suitable for max. 2 children up to 10 years, because the sofa bed is reduced from 2,00 m length to 1,80 m length by 12 cm wide pillars at the end of the bed. In the guest room is a fold-down table attached to the wall, so it can be used as a desk.

- A large bathroom with shower, toilet and WC



Highlight is the large sun terrace, where you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the great view over the jetty and the lake.

The existing gas grill makes the hearts of barbecue lovers beat faster. Games like Rummy, Uno, Ludo and Roulette invite to a sociable and hopefully funny evening. For the children there are quiz and puzzle games and also a few books.

In all rooms there are blinds or curtains, which protect from prying eyes and insulate well.

The houseboat is firmly moored in the harbor and is not yet ready to sail. Laundry packages can be added for an additional fee. A cash deposit is required on site.

There is ample parking in the enclosed marina area, a small harbor store is also available and a Greek restaurant. Only 900 meters away is a large Rewe market and a drugstore (Rossmann). Some restaurants, stores and banks can also be found in the center of Zehdenick.

There is always something going on. For example, in addition to a visit to the Zehdenick forest pool, you can also go on a real outdoor treasure hunt via geocaching. In the north wing of the monastery Zehdenick is a museum and the monastery café, which invites you to a cozy get-together.

Zehdenick is an ideal starting point for excursions to explore the beauties of nature. For all those who are also looking for a bit of adventure, like horseback riding and fishing and especially for all water lovers, here is a paradise of a special kind. Signposted water, cycling and hiking trails, on which you can explore the region, are available. The international Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path, the Havel cycle path, the European long-distance hiking trail E 10, the Stechlin running park and the German clay road lead through the region.

The houseboat is firmly moored in the harbour and cannot be moved. Unobstructed lake view from the saloon and lower terrace, from where you can swim, fish or launch directly with the SUPs available.
