Am besten ist die Aussicht.Diese Wohnung machte einen abgewohnten,veralteten Eindruck .Man hatte das Gefühl dass sich hier niemand mehr persönlich um die Wohnung kümmert,keine Begrüßungsgeste in Form von Obst,Süssigkeuten,etc wie es sonst üblich ist,schade ,man könnte mehr daraus machen .Keine W-Lanverbindung ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Ihr Service war hervorragend. Die Aussicht und Ruhe im 16. OG war beeindruckend. Anzumerken ist der Renovierungsbedarf der Wohnung hinsichtlich der Türen, Fenster, Bodenbeläge und Mobiliar. Für den Eigenbedarf mag es reichen, zur Vermietung jedoch nicht geeignet.
