Great Holiday, Great House.

Hi, we came over from Dublin for a 10 day holiday in Langballigau, got the connection thru the internet, and wow what a great time. The 'Haus mit Herz' filled all our expectations, everything,very clean, every comfort is there from the kitchen-very modern, to the living room with flat-screen,DVD player with films for when the weather is'nt so pleasent. Bike's as well for having a look around-which is a good idea,great place also for long walks on the beach, which is right at the front door.Pub is nearby ( walking distance) Supermarkt as well, so just do it, you won't regret. Cormac.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet, beste Lage, super schöne Umgebung. Ein toller Urlaub! Einzig der Strand in Langballig selber ist nicht so toll. Zum Baden am Besten nach Holnis. Vielen Dank für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. V

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schön gelegene Unterkunft, schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe, das Hühnermobil Dollerup ist gleich in der Nähe. Brauereitour in Flensburg ist sehr empfehlenswert. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in einem schönen Haus!

Wunderschönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Langballigholz und Umgebung genossen und uns stets auf die Rückkehr ins Ferienobjekt gefreut. Besonders unserem Sohn hat das große Angebot an Spielzeug, Filmen und Hörspielen gefallen, toll! An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert und einfach.

Ferienhaus mit Herz und Hirn

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem wirklich zauberhaften Ferienhaus verbracht. Die liebevolle und ausgesprochen gemütliche Ausstattung des Hauses trugen erheblich zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft. Nur ein paar hundert Meter bis zum Wasser und innerhalb einer Autostunde sogar bis nach Dänemark - was will man/frau mehr? Auffallend in diesem Haus war die wirklich vollständige und durchgehend hochwertige Ausstattung. Sogar die Kaffeemaschine war spitze. Wir können dieses Objekt wirklich voller Überzeugung empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Idyllic

The property exceeded our expectations. There is everything you need there for cooking and enjoying your time at the house. Playground, charcoal grill, coffee machine, washer/dryer, terrace garden with plenty of seating. The bedrooms were even nicer than the pictures. I believe the bedrooms have been renovated/updated since the photos, the 3rd bedroom has a huge bed now instead of pull-out-sofa. :) You can even see the sea from the master bedroom. The area is gorgeous. Very quiet and peaceful. The location is just a short walk to the beach and a few local restaurants. Grocery store is just a short drive. We loved visiting this home and would definitely come back.

Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Fereinhaus in sehr schönes Lage

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus mit Herz sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut fühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Kontakt unkompliziert. Und die Lage ist wirklich bestens - ruhig und mit Fördeblick ! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wohlfühloase

Als wir nach der Anreise ins Haus traten, das uns mit wohliger Wärme empfing, vergaßen wir das Auspacken, weil wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Feriendomizil ist liebevoll und zugleich praktisch ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Hobbyköche können sich an scharfen Messern und guten Töpfen sowie Pfannen erfreuen, das Wohn-Esszimmer bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und den ungestörten Blick auf die Umgebung, die Betten sind perfekt und das "Kinderzimmer" eignet sich auch bestens für die Nachruhe älterer Mitmenschen. Von den Zimmern der Hausvorderseite kann man auf allen drei Ebenen auf die Förde blicken - und keine/r kann ins Haus blicken. Wir waren - wohl nicht nur wg. der Weihnachtstage - von himmlischer Ruhe umgeben und konnten die Seele baumeln lassen. Zudem ist die Lage traumhaft: Nicht nur der Nahe Strand mit Yachthafen locken, es gibt ein umfangreiches Netz an Fahrrad- und Wanderwegen, die Natur ist abwechslungsreich und Ausflüge nach Glückburg, Flensburg, an die Schlei oder ins nahe Dänemark bieten sich an. Hervorzuheben sind weiterhin der sehr gute Preis dieser wunderbaren, einladenden Ferienwohnung und die perfekte Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Einfach mal durchatmen...

...konnten wir ganz hervorragend! Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter, schneebedeckte Strände und strahlend blauer Himmel. Das Haus war durch die Fußbodenheizung immer heimelig warm und es war toll nach den Ausflügen "heimzukehren". Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt... Flensburg und Dänemark sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch eine Ausflug in das Naturschutzgebiet Geltinger Birk lohnt sich! Sehr empfehlen können wir, dass zu Fuß erreichbare, Restaurant "Strandterrasse". Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung und Natur Pur

ankommen und Wohl fühlen, das ist Ferienhaus mit Herz!!! Alles ist in kürzester Zeit erreichbar ! Hafen 5Min zu Fuß und Supermarkt 5 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus liegt wunderbar in einer Sackgasse das sehr viel Ruhe mit sich bringt.Morgens und Abends kann man sehr schön die Rehe auf der gegenüber liegende Wiese beoachten.Die Fahrräder sind in einem guten Zustand so das man wirklich etliche Touren unternehmen kann. Am Hafen kann man früh morgens ganz frischen Fisch vom Kutter kaufen und ám Abend kann man bei den Fischerhäuser sehr schön die Seele baumeln lassen.Flensburg , Geltinger Bucht und die Schlei sind mit dem Auto in gut 25 Minuten erreichbar!!! Wir fühlten uns superwohl im Ferienhaus .Uns fehlte es an nichts.Die Luft und die Temperaturen waren für uns wie geschaffen um auch mal wieder richtig aus zu schlafen.Wir kommen auf jedenfall sehr gerne wieder nach Langballigholz

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Das Haus ist sehr individuell, gemütlich und hochwertig in moderne Bauweise; ein echtes "home-away-from-home". Das Thema "Herz" zieht sich mit vielen Deko-Elementen durch's ganze Haus. Endlich mal ein Ferienhaus, bei dem die Ausstattung mindestens genauso gut ist, wie man sich selber einrichten würde, angefangen mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten, vernünftigen Kochmessern, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger bis zur Fußbodenheizung. Zusätzlich viele DVD's, Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher bis hin zu den tollen Spielsachen, die auch unsere 3 und 5 Jahre alten Kinder begeisterten. Alles ist in bestem, neuwertigen Zustand. Insgesamt ein sehr hoher Vertrauensvorschuss an die Mieter. Man spürt, dass die Besitzer sich hier auch selber gerne aufhalten. Wir werden sicherlich mal wieder einige Tage dort verbringen.

Einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Hier stimmt wirklich alles!! Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter. Der erste Eindruck im Ferienhaus vermittelt sofortige Begeisterung und man fühlt sich willkommen. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und wie neu! Ideal für uns Haustaub- und Tierhaarallergiker! Insbesondere an (Klein-)Kinder wurde gedacht, man fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause (Steckdosenschutz, Kinderhochstuhl, sogar Putzmittel sind für Kinder nicht zugänglich). Die beste Ausstattung die wir je in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Selbst an regnerischen Tagen wird es nicht langweilig, da von DVD-Player bis hin zu einer Riesen-Auswahl an Büchern und Zeitschriften und Kleinkinderspielzeug alles vorhanden ist. Leider waren wir nur über ein verlängertes Wochenende zu Gast und haben nur kurz den Strand genießen und einen Tagesaufenthalt im nahe gelegenen Dänemark verbringen können, wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
