In the centre of Ville san Pietro 15 km from the centre of Pontedassio, 23 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 23 km from the sea, 7 km from the river. Private: terraced garden, 200 m2 (fenced). 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 18 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Imperia" 23 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Anna", 4-room villa 120 m2, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Patio, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Schrecklichstes Haus was wir jemals gebucht haben. Wir mussten eine Woche früher abreisen, weil wir es eine Zumutung war. Kein warmes Wasser, obwohl die Gasflasche ausgetauscht wurde. Alles total heruntergekommen. Betten bzw. altes ekelhaftes Sofa unzumutbar. Dusche kaputt und dreckig. Terrasse völlig ungepflegt, der Sonnenschirm kaputt. Ich könnte noch vieles mehr aufzählen- es war die reinste Katastrophe

Außergewöhnlich herzliche Menschen

Ville san Pietro ist noch eines von den ursprünglichen ligurischen Dörfern, wunderschön gelegen, aber leider immer mehr dem Verfall Preis gegeben. Wobei die Dorfbewohner ihre Heimat lieben, kreativ sind und im Sommer auch alle dahin zurück kommen, außerdem sind sie sehr gesellig und treffen sich täglich am Dorfplatz, um zu plaudern und etwas zu trinken oder gemeinsam Boule, Karten oder Dart zu spielen. Urlauber sind dort jederzeit herzlich willkommen und man gibt sich alle Mühe bei der Verständigung. Unsere Kinder (17,14,12,9) hatten schnell Anschluß bei den einheimischen Jugendlichen und unsere Hündin hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, da es einige Hunde zum Spielen gab (vor allem der "Dorfhund Toni") und sie zudem jederzeit ums Haus herum toben konnte. Was es zu bemängeln gab, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert hat und trotz mehrfacher Hinweise und Bitten nicht aktiviert werden konnte. Außerdem hat uns die Stadt Imperia überhaupt nicht gefallen, aber dafür war es in den Bergen um so schöner. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit vielen sehr herzlichen Menschen, vielen leckeren Feigen, Brombeeren, Tomaten, Kräutern, Pizzen (im Al Boschetto, oberhalb von Aurigo, sehr gut, sehr herzlich und dabei sehr günstig) ... und einer schönen Natur. Es war ein Eintauchen ins italienische Lebensgefühl.

Wie unser lokaler Manager erklärt, kann es aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage manchmal zu Verbindungsproblemen kommen. Dies ist jedoch ein seltenes Vorkommnis. Es freut uns zu hören, dass Sie trotz dieses kleinen Mangels einen wunderschönen Urlaub hatten.
