Nestled in an alpine style apartment building, resting on a hill above Kaprun, this charming apartment offers everything you need for a truly relaxing escape in one of Austria’s most beautiful areas. It is surrounded by luscious fields and forests perfect for hiking or mountain biking.
The famous Gletscher-Jet lift is only a three minutes drive from the house, the next ski bus stop is just a few minutes walk away and a great selection of Kapruns finest restaurants and bars are awaiting you.

- living/dining room with double sleeper couch (160x200cm or 2 singles), a comfortable dining area

- cozy bedroom with double bed (160x200cm)
- big sunny balcony with panoramic views
