Parking at the house. Supermarket, bus stop 350 m. Cycle lane 400 m, skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn 6 km, Schmittenhöhe-Saalbach-Leogang 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 9 km, Niedernsiller Badesee 4 km. Hiking paths: Rad und Wanderwege ab Haus. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Areit - Schmittenhöhe and Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Dovolená 2023

Majitelé byli úžasní, paní uměla anglicky, což komunikaci velice zjednodušilo. Objekt jako nový, vše čistě vymalované, naklizené. Spousta místa pro větší rodinu s dětmi a psem, se kterým ač je to celkem rapl, neměli sebemenší problém. Klidné místo, fajn sousedé. Určitě bychom doporučili.

Mooi huis in een mooie omgeving

Mooi huis met voldoende ruimte voor 6 volwassenen. niet ver van Kaprun en Zell am See. Het was alleen jammer, dat 1 slaapkamer grenst met slechts 1 tussendeur aan de woning van de eigenaren. Hierdoor hoor je de eigenaren goed praten en de man stond elke ochtend vroeg op (7 uur) stond om te gaan werken. Hij was ook behoorlijk verkouden en wij werden elke ochtend hierdoor wakker. Ons advies zou zijn, om hier een dubbele deur te maken, zodat de vakantiegangers en eigenaren meer privacy hebben.
