Sauber und modern, sehr gepflege Wohnung. Die Lage direkt an der Straße ist eher semioptional, der Wintergarten war ein bißchen enttäuschend, eher eine Ablagestelle für zusätzliche Matratzen. Leider war der Blick auf den See nicht möglich, weil hohe Bäume vom Nachbargrundstück diesen verhinderten. Vorteilhaft ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Ferienwohnung. Ebenso vorteilhaft sind die kurzen Wege zum See, zur Fußgängerzone und zu den örtlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Die Lage zum See und zum Zentrum von Zell am See sind super. Auch der kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst ist für den Preis auch völlig in Ordnung.
