Welcome to the light-flooded studio apartment "Südblick" with balcony and sea view on the mezzanine floor of the well-kept residential and holiday complex Strandresidenz Wassersleben, which is idyllically located on the beach. This apartment is equipped with a double bed in a bunk and a quality sofa bed, making it ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen allows for easy self-catering.
The apartment offers a modern shower room with a floor-level shower and toilet for maximum comfort. Media supply is guaranteed by a modern smart TV with cable connection and free WiFi. The sunny balcony is equipped with deck chairs and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the tourist tax-free beach and the Flensburg Fjord. Two beach chairs are available for relaxing hours on the beach.
The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space at the rear of the building.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used there, and there is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.
The beach is just a few steps away, across the street. Enjoy relaxing days in the "South View" apartment and let yourself be enchanted by the proximity to the beach and the wonderful sea view.
