The DÜNENROT house, with a total of three residential units, is located in a wonderfully peaceful setting in the Neuhaus area, right on the bike and hiking trail. Just a short walk away—only about 500 metres—you’ll reach the Baltic Sea and its kilometers-long white sandy beach. A summer bakery, an ice cream shop, and a horse farm with a restaurant are also within walking distance. Enjoy sunny days at the beach and long walks along the shore, or take advantage of the well-developed bike and hiking trails to explore the beautiful Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its unique natural scenery.

The Dünenrot OG 04 holiday rental is located on the upper floor of the building and features approximately 40 square metres of living space, including a modern, open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a cosy sofa corner, and a west-facing balcony. The holiday rental is equipped with underfloor heating, and on cooler evenings or during the winter months, a wood-burning stove provides additional cosiness. The apartment also features a modern and comfortably appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the incredibly cosy bedroom in the attic of the house. Children are very welcome in this accommodation. A travel cot and a high chair can be booked as needed.
