In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, bus stop 20 m, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 500 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 700 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch 700 m, Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal 7 km.
"Katharina", 3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious, very tasteful furnishings: 2nd upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and TV (flat screen), electric heating. Shower, sep. WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Sommerurlaub in Fügen

Wir haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und es gibt viel Platz. Alles ist neu und toll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt und war sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben als Familie, Eltern mit 2 Kindern 2 und 7 Jahre alt eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist in 2023 komplett renoviert. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen 100%-ig mit der Realität überein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Wohnungsgrösse ist für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben als Familie, Eltern mit Kindern 2 und 7 Jahren, eine tolle Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist in 2023 komplett renoviert und entspricht absolut den im Internet zu sehenden Bildern. Alles war neu, super sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen, mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern mit großen Doppelbetten, ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Seilbahn zum Hausberg Spieljoch, fährt die Straße hoch in ca. 800 m ab. Die Aussicht aus der Ferienwohnung im 2. OG ist klasse. Eine Zuganbindung erreicht man in 10 Minuten z Fuß. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter.
