Clean spacious property, kitchen under stocked.Few old utensils . The listing didn’t mention that a rented boat couldn’t get to the private part of the lake where the property is located. A real shame for the rent we paid. I will think twice before I rent it again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you had this experience with the boat rental. Typically, rental companies will ask where you are staying and confirm whether the boat can be used on that portion of the lake prior to booking. Lake Anna does have two separate sides, public and private, and boats cannot travel between them. We apologize that this was not properly explained by the rental company beforehand. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen and will review the items provided to see where improvements can be made.
