This fully-furnished, 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is available year-round. It's situated on a quiet private road on the NE part of Lake Anna, near the 719 bridge. The home has a beautiful spacious living room with hardwood floors, a large open kitchen, and large 18 person dining area.

Two additional living rooms are both equipped with hardwood flooring and Dish Network TV/DVR, one with a 75' FLAT SCREEN for the big game. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor allowing easy entry for children or seniors.

A large circular driveway provides plenty of convenient parking spaces. The walk-out basement bedrooms have a separate kitchenette & full bath. The upstairs bedroom has 2 walk out balconies, kids' play area, queen bed, 2 single beds and hardwood flooring.

Newly added for 2024/2025 - The basement has been bisected, adding a 6th bedroom!

This spacious house has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. The back yard leads to a nice 220-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. A gazebo next to the dock has steps down to a swimming area. A sandbox play area and playground provides endless fun for children. A HOT TUB and HOT TUB deck has been recently added that offers AMAZING views of the Lake. A stone fire pit next to the shoreline invites everyone to enjoy s'mores, campfire stories and unforgettable family memories.

Awesome stay! Huge kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal. Tons of beds and rooms. The home address sign by the road is covered by trees which caused us miss the entrance to the home. Other than some much needed Spring cleaning around the house - it was a great vacation!

House is as advertised. Very roomy with lots of different setting areas. Has a few toys for kids and also a high chair which we found useful. Lots of seating for eating together as well. A lot of natural light from the skylights in the house. the well water does have a smell to it but the owners advise you of that before you come. We enjoyed watching the ducks and the blue heron each day. Good parking area and fairly convenient to grocery store.

We had a great time loved the house,hot tub and view. The septic tank odor was the only downer. The room down stairs was pretty bad and while you were in the hot tub. Had a lot of light bulbs out especially in the laundry room was hard to see in there. The lay out of the house was awesome. Boat ramp was impossible for us to get our duely truck in back to launch our boat had to go to camp ground to launch and take out of water, trees were in way. Thanks for letting us stay. Lynnette

3rd Annual Lake Week a resounding success!!

This is our 2nd year here and, once again, it was a fabulous week! Yes, the house could use some updating and yes, it could have been cleaner when we got there but, honestly, none of that made any difference to the fun we had and the great memories we made. The super long kitchen table is big enough for 11 people to enjoy a meal WITHOUT moving the puzzle at the other end!! WARNING: it’s a puzzle piece eater! If you are missing a piece check the table cracks. We spent each night sweating our butts off around the fire pit by the lake because even though it was hot and humid the week we were there it was so darn much fun! All in all the family gave the house 22 thumbs up and we will be coming back again next year. Thanks Jake!

Clean rooms, great hot tub, responsive host, and wonderful lake activities. This property has 3 kayaks and a peddle boat available which my friends and I loved! The big smart TV was a huge plus for a movie night, and we enjoyed the big kitchen and bench style dining room table.

The house location and water is all great. The house unfortunately doesn’t appear to have a dollar of repair and maintenance spent in 10 years. The septic is a major problem. Smells disgusting and made it so you couldn’t sit outside. Everything is very shoddy inside. Tv setup didn’t work. Deck is in major need to repair. Must wear shoes to avoid splinters. Cobwebs everywhere. Half the ceiling is missing in a lower basement bedroom. Had low expectations with a last minute holiday booking….and the house met those expectations.

Great Time at the Lake

This is a large house that was great for our family group of 19. Newly appointed kitchen with great appliances. Having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and a 3rd one in the basement was very helpful in meal planning and food storage. Level lot with minimal steps was easy to access the lake & dock.

Location was nice

The place was fine, we were a family of four. The place is big of course. Although it needs some TLC, the place wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t too bad. The place does not provide bathroom essentials except for hand soap so make sure you bring your own. Kitchen was nice but pots and pans need to be replaced. TV remote also need to be replaced as it does not work even after changing the battery. Jacuzzi was nice inside and out.Location is nice as well.

Great Location On Lake Anna

My friends and I rented this space for a girls weekend. We had a great time! Large kitchen for cooking for a large group, plenty of sleeping space, and great outdoor area as well. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

Lake Anna is the perfect place to get away from the bustle of DC and enjoy some family time. We have 3 boys and a girl that love to fish, swim and enjoy the great outdoors so Lake Anna is a great place to relax and have fun!

What makes this property unique

The private boat ramp helps you avoid pulling your water toys out early and skips the line at the public boat ramp. Keep them in on your last day, enjoy the water then pull 'em out before checking out in the morning! Its like getting a full extra day on the water!
