Hi ! We're Russ and Cate Wilkinson. When we first walked into this house in 2024, it had been sitting empty for seven years and was torn apart inside. We had absolutely no idea what we were getting into — but the beauty, the stillness of Berven Bay, and the sheer potential of this place kept us motivated through every challenge.

We are apple and hay farmers from Yakima, Washington, and I also run Oakshire Estate & Airfield, a wedding venue back home. This house is our escape — our retreat — and we plan to own it for the rest of our lives. Our grandchildren will learn to ski and spend summers on this lake. That's the dream.

As a former Airbnb Superhost for five consecutive years, I take hosting seriously. I'm attentive, responsive, and available whenever our guests need something. I also have a trusted local team member nearby who can help with anything that needs immediate attention at the property.
