Studio 'Villa Prat Bras - Sea View' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Welcome to our 3-star studio with partial sea view at Villa Prat Bras, facing Laïta beach in Le Pouldu. Located on the upper floor of a charming seaside house, the studio offers a glimpse of the sea and access to a large shared garden. From the beach, you can enjoy views of the Laïta river estuary all the way to Groix Island.



Enjoy the tranquility, ever-changing landscapes with the tides, and walks along the famous GR34 coastal path, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan.



We are happy to welcome you year-round and share our local tips for walks and activities. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Please note: pets and babies are not allowed.



The studio is officially rated 3 stars and offers all comforts:



- Comfortable sofa bed with two 80x200 cm mattresses

- Equipped kitchenette with essentials (coffee, condiments, etc.)

- Coffee table in front of the sofa bed

- Dining table for meals

- Nespresso and/or filter coffee machine

- Bathroom with large 90x90 cm shower, customizable lighting, and integrated toilet

- Flat-screen TV

- Access to laundry room with washer-dryer



All bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. Cleaning is carried out with great care.



We live on site and are usually available to welcome you and share our favorite spots and tips to help you make the most of your stay.



Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m., with flexibility whenever possible.



You will have free high-speed Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Storage space for sports equipment, bikes, surfboards, etc., can be provided upon request.
