Wir sind als Familie mit 10 Personen angereist. Unsere Auswahl fiel auf dieses Ferienhaus, weil mit großzügiger Raumaufteilung für so viele Personen geworben wurde. Die Souterrain –Wohnung sollte ein Rückzugsort für die Großeltern sein. Vor Ort war die Besichtigung dieses Untergeschosses ein regelrechter Schock. Es fehlte der direkte separate Zugang. Die schmale enge Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer nach unten stellt für ältere Leute und kleine Kinder eine echte Gefahr dar. Die Räume unten vermitteln das Gefühl, in einem Keller zu sein. Es ist dort muffig, kalt und dunkel. Die Einrichtung ist dürftig und spartanisch und Essplatz und Schrank fehlen ganz. Auch die Ausstattung des restlichen Hauses entspricht nicht den heute üblichen Standards, was Möbel(Anzahl der Sitzplätze am Esstisch, keine Kleiderschränke), Geschirr (nicht genügend Teller für 10 Personen und keine Teelöffel usw.), nur ein Fernseher im gesamten Haus, der noch dazu keinen TV–Empfang hatte. Das waren die gravierendsten Mängel
