The charming Villa Magnolia is located in the heart of Hohwacht Bay, just 200 metres from the fine sandy beach. With approximately 230 m² of living space and 6 bedrooms, it offers plenty of room for up to 10 people. In addition, the house boasts a beautiful, large garden with a terrace and outdoor furniture. The garden is completely fenced in.

On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area, which is equipped with a large couch, a large TV, ample seating, a wood-burning stove, and a dining table that seats up to 10 people. The large windows overlooking the villa’s garden make the rooms feel even more spacious and airy.

The kitchen on the ground floor of the house offers everything you need to cook for the whole family and prepare your favourite dishes.

In addition to the rooms mentioned above, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a large double bed (200x200 cm). The second bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm). In addition, directly adjacent to the two bedrooms is a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. The guest bathroom on the ground floor of the house offers additional convenience.

The house is ideal for families and larger groups, as there are two fully equipped holiday apartments on the upper floor of the house.

In total, you’ll find 4 bedrooms on the beautifully bright upper floor. These are arranged as follows:
2 double beds (180x200 cm)
1 single bed (120x200 cm)
1 single bed (90x200 cm)

You’ll also find 2 living and dining areas, each with an open kitchen, that invite you to relax. Both rooms are equipped with a TV. Of course, there are 2 bathrooms.

Throughout the villa, care has been taken to ensure that all sleeping areas have ample space for your clothing, in the form of dressers and closets.

The 10th guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area (120x200 cm).
The basement of the house features a washing machine and a foosball table.

There are 2 guaranteed parking spaces for your vehicles in front of the property. In addition, there are street parking options along the entire Strandweg, so it’s usually no problem to park all vehicles near the house.

The garage is available for storing bicycles, handcarts, and similar items.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

All of our properties are non-smoking. Parking RVs or caravans in front of the property is not permitted. Camping on the property is also not permitted.
