Vacation home Birkholm - 4 bedrooms, wallbox & fantastic location for 8 people

Welcome to the Birkholm vacation home on the stunning Hohwacht Bay! Our new home, built in 2019, can accommodate up to 8 people and has everything you could want.

The spacious living area with an open kitchen is flooded with light thanks to a large window wall opening onto the terrace, inviting you to linger. Here, you can relax on the cozy sofa and enjoy your favorite TV show, or chat and feast with friends and family at the dining table.

In the open kitchen, you’ll find everything your heart desires: a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, as well as dishes, glasses, and silverware are all at your disposal.

The vacation home has a total of 4 cozy bedrooms; all bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space in the form of wardrobes and dressers. The bedrooms:

1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200)
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
2 bedrooms with single beds (90x200)

Two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets round out the amenities for all residents of the house. The larger bathroom is even equipped with a convenient changing table, which families with small children will particularly appreciate.

All windows are equipped with roller shutters so you can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet even in the early morning hours. The bedrooms are also fitted with fly screens, so you can open the windows without worry and without being bothered by insects.

In the garden, you can relax on the patio and enjoy the view of nature. There is a shed for bicycles, and there is ample parking for two cars.

A controlled ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate.

Use of the Wallbox:

You have the option to charge your electric or hybrid vehicle using a Wallbox at the property. After your stay, the cost of the electricity used will be deducted from your security deposit. If you have not paid a security deposit, it will be charged upon arrival if you wish to use the wallbox (€200.00 security deposit). You will only be charged for the electricity used to charge your vehicle!

Sehr geehrter Herr Hasenberg Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Haus; auch die Betreuung durch Sie alles bestens. Es war sauber und angenehm. Einzig kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: etwas bessere Rüst-Messer (Nicht nur IKEA) wären wünschenswert und ein besserer Sonnenschutz für den Gartensitzplatz. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, groß und gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Schöne Räume, großer Garten. Wird auf jeden Fall im hinter Kopf bleiben, wenn wir nochmal an die Ostsee Urlaub machen möchten.
