This new modern private pool villa was built only 1 year ago and is designed for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Ao Nang.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. It is a great choice for families, groups of friends or several couples traveling together.

Inside, guests will find bright living spaces, new modern furniture, air conditioning, a comfortable lounge area, a dining space and a fully equipped quality kitchen with modern appliances.

Outside, the villa opens to a private swimming pool with sun loungers and seating areas - perfect for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons or quiet evenings after the beach.

The layout gives guests privacy and peace, while cafés, restaurants, shops, 7-Eleven, Lotus, Makro and Ao Nang Beach are all very close.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire villa during their stay.

This includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the living room, dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen, private swimming pool, outdoor seating area, sun loungers, terrace and parking space.

The villa is not shared with other guests, so you can enjoy the pool, indoor spaces and outdoor areas in complete privacy.

Please note that guests are responsible for any damage, misuse, or loss of property caused during their stay. If any item is damaged beyond normal use, the guest may be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement based on an invoice or receipt.

Please do not eat or drink in bed. Food, drinks, oils, sauces, and other products may damage linens, mattresses, furniture, and other property.

Please do not use towels, bed linens, or other household items for cleaning floors, outdoor areas, makeup, food spills, or anything they are not intended for.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and in all enclosed areas. Please use only the designated outdoor areas.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay at or enter the villa. Any additional visitors must be approved by us in advance.

Pets are not allowed unless they have been approved by us in writing before arrival.

Please do not leave food out overnight, as this can attract insects.

Please turn off the air conditioners when leaving the villa.

When using the air conditioners, please keep all windows and doors closed. If windows or doors are left open while the air conditioners are running, the units may overwork, leak water, freeze, or stop working properly.

For the pool, please do not throw any objects into the water or spill any liquids in it. This can contaminate the pool, and proper cleaning takes a long time.
