We had a few maintenance issues that we tried to resolve with the management company. Unfortunately, at the time we were trying to contact the management company, they were out of town and could not respond. We did finally get everything taken care of. The stay was nice. It is as described.
Was very clean and nice place. Only complaint is no water pressure in shower. There are a lot of homeless people in area but never bothered us. Was nice we could park in garage.
The home was very conveniently located on the East side of downtown, right off 6th street next to multiple restaurants, bars and other attractions. It was easy to get to and close to the highway. It was clean and very nice, looked just like the pictures. A lot of people have commented about the homeless population around the property, this is definitely a thing, but my wife and I walked all around the area and they left us alone and we never felt unsafe. One thing I will say is if you have a large truck/SUV, you may find the garage a bit small. Overall, it was worth the money and would stay there again

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home’s location, cleanliness, and comfort, and that it met your expectations. We also appreciate your helpful feedback about the area and garage size for future guests. It’s wonderful to hear you had an enjoyable stay, and we’d love to host you and your wife again in the future.
The place itself is very nice. However, if you are uncomfortable at all with homeless people near you, then this is not the place for you. Many were camped in the parking lot directly behind the property with all window views of it. That being said, they did not bother us at all when we walked the alley to travel to other locations. It is a cute residential neighborhood. A few local places to go for food and coffee but not a ton of close options. Downtown is about a 15-20 minute walk.
Pros: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had basic kitchen appliances and cooking items. Bathroom was nice and modern. Bedroom was adequate for a 2 night stay. Cons: Roku remote not working but we were able to download the Roku app. The biggest con is the fact that 10 feet from opening the garage door is a large homeless population hanging out in an empty parking lot. It looks like it was designated for homeless with benches, etc. But, there were many homeless hanging out, talking, etc. you could even hear them when inside. My husband I I did not feel comfortable coming and going from the property. We parked our vehicle inside the garage and I definitely would not want to park in the driveway. Not safe at all. Also, the next block also has homeless line pd up everywhere and hanging out. Possibly for services at a nearby by church.

Great Place
Very clean wonderful quiet place to stay. Excellent places to eat nearby and real close to Moody Theater if you want to catch a show. One of the better places we have stayed at in Austin. We highly recommend staying here.
Great location, close to downtown ATX/good food/coffee shops, quiet neighborhood, wifi to work, smart TV, kitchen appliances to cook, washer/dryer if needed etc.One thing to note is there are some homeless folks nearby, but no issues and they usually clear out at night. Property has multiple locks and feels secure. Clean one car garage if you have a vehicle. Place itself is pristine and relaxing, easy check-in and check-out. Would stay here again!
