The house was conveniently located, and check-in was easy. There were, however, a few issues that affected our stay. The Wi-Fi username listed in the Vrbo check-in instructions was incorrect, and responses from the owner were slow. We only discovered on our last day, through a handwritten note, that we should have been contacting the owner’s sister.Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working on our final night, and there was a strong, musty odor in the three-quarter bathroom that needs attention.A small suggestion would be to provide a couple of laundry detergent pods to help guests get started. None were available, but we picked some up at Target, so that was a minor inconvenience.The location was a definite plus, and clearer communication and attention to these maintenance issues would make the stay more comfortable
