The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The building is amazing, with all it’s history, and it’s industrial character preserved. My mother & sister worked there when it was Essex Wire. Everything in the apartment is new and everything you can possibly need is included. I will definitely stay there again.

We visited Hocking Hills to do some hiking for a few days. We stayed in this luxury loft in Lancaster. This renovated building was an old shoe factory which we found very interesting. It was about 25 to 45 minutes to drive to the trails depending on where you're going in the park. We are so glad we chose to stay here. Not only was it a scenic drive, but we felt this place was much nicer for the value. The room was so spacious, so clean and the kitchen was incredible. The bed was amazing. It was so comfortable and we got such good sleep there. The building was extremely safe as was the neighborhood. There was plenty of free parking for the building guests/residents. We walked around town to some shops and there were plenty of restaurants/bars nearby if you like that sort of thing. There was also an incredible antique shop right on the corner We would definitely stay here again!
