Das Haus wirkt zwischen den vielen Neubauten unmodern. Die Wohnung selbst, wie in den Ausführungen des Vermieters mitgeteilt, ist nicht hochmodern, aber gemütlich und hat durch ein paar dekorative Elemente und Möbel einen maritimen, alltagstauglichen und modernen Flair. Was jedoch für uns jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig war, ist das Quietschen und laute Poltern von Fußboden, Schränke und Türen. Gespräche kann man noch zwei Räume weiter hören. Mit kleineren Kindern, die auch mal Stress machen, war es schwierig die Mieter unter uns nicht zu nerven, die uns darauf auch (sehr freundlich) ansprachen. Da wäre vielleicht zumindest für die Türen und Schränke eine Dichtung ratsam. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand und leckeres Essen beim Italiener sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt gute Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Optimierungsoptionen.

Die Ferienwohnung punktet lediglich mit der Lage. Ausstattung und Mobiliar sind sehr alt, Steckdosen wackelig, Lampen flimmern, muffiger Geruch im Bad trotz Dauerlüften, mehrere Knöpfe der Fernsteuerung kaputt, W-Lan nicht verfügbar. Zudem: Ein nachtaktives Tier haust unter dem Dach im Schlafzimmer. Und: Dicke Staubschicht im Wohnzimmer und auf der Kaffeemaschine. Auf Beschwerde (schriftlich und mündlich) wurde nicht reagiert. Sehr enttäuschend.

Aufenthalt Lindenstr. 3 - App. 1 - Haus Kissmann

Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig mit älteren Möbeln (so beschrieben) ausgestattet. Es müssten jedich einige defekte Leuchtmittel (Bad, Eingangstür und Elternschlafzimmer) ausgetauscht werden. Zudem war der Bodenbelag im Küchenbereich dermaßen beschädugt, dass man nicht auf Strümpfen laufen konnte.

Die Einrichtung ist zwar teilweise schon etwas älter, aber die Betten waren super und alles sauber (ich als Allergiker hatte keine Probleme). An der Spüle gibt es nur kaltes Wasser. WLAN lässt zu wünschen übrig.
