Welcome to High Tides & Good Vibes, a stunning new construction 4 BR/ 4.5 Bath townhome located in the desirable Seacliffs gated community on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable coastal memories, this spacious beach getaway comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. House is equipped with its  own elevator for effortless access between floors--perfect for groceries, luggage, and guests of all ages.

The pool is just right outside the unit along with a playground and greenspace. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes with a boardwalk and ramp down to the sand.

Beautiful property with many extra amenities! Beach towels, Flashlights, beach buggy, and much more. Very clean and sheets were superb! Kitchen was equipped with top of the line dishes, cookware and utensils. Will definitely consider this property on our next trip!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house exceeded our expectations. Everything felt brand new, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean—not a single bug during our stay!The location was perfect, just steps from the pool and only a little farther to the beach. The kids loved the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, especially the thoughtful touch of each bunk having its own wall light and switch.The house was incredibly well designed for a beach vacation. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, the beds were very comfortable, and the elevator was a lifesaver for moving luggage and groceries between floors. The outdoor shower and hose made cleaning up after the beach easy, and the extra refrigerator downstairs was perfect for keeping our beach drinks cold. Having the washer and dryer there was also very convenient.We especially loved the decks with plenty of chairs and tables. Sitting outside with our morning coffee was one of our favorite parts of the trip.The owners really thought of everything. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This gorgeous home was an absolute dream to stay in. Every single room was immaculate, and the stunning coastal decor made the entire vacation feel like a luxury retreat. My family enjoyed our time here so much, that we have already talked about booking it again for next year‘s vacation!

Why they chose this property

Seacliffs is a unique place on the North end of the Cape that gives you easy access to the beach, a community pool, and close access to the state park for boating, fishing, and sight seeing.

What makes this property unique

High Tides and Good Vibes is one of the newer units in the community. It really lays out well for families and even multiple families to vacation together and not feel tight on space. Our units is one of the few in the community with (3) AC units which is a great feature for the summer time heat! The convenient access to the pool, some of the prettiest water on Cape San Blas make for a great combination! We look forward to hosting you!
