• Your holiday rental is equipped with:
• Living area with kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, 2 induction cooktops, silverware, cups, pots, glasses, and other kitchen utensils
• Living/sleeping area, double bed (200x180 cm), table, TV (satellite), radio, seating area, and a selection of books
• In the adjoining room, you’ll find a closet with shelves and hangers
• Shower, toilet, and storage shelves, hair dryer, soap dispenser (hand soap), etc., are provided
• Dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, etc., for the kitchen are provided
• Bed linens and a set of towels are also included in the rental price
• When the weather is nice, starting in mid-May, you can also relax outdoors in a small seating area
• A travel cot and high chair are available; please coordinate with the landlord.



Visit us in a half-timbered house dating from 1856 at the foot of the Zittau Mountains, one of the most beautiful recreational areas in southeastern Germany in the Germany-Poland-Czech Republic border triangle. The spa towns of Jonsdorf, Oybin, Lückendorf, and Waltersdorf are easily accessible on foot, by bus, or by narrow-gauge railway. 
The house features a 33-square-meter ground-floor holiday apartment with 2 beds and a 77-square-meter upstairs holiday apartment for 2 people, with space for 2 additional guests. An additional baby bed is available for both holiday apartments upon request. It is also possible to book both holiday apartments together. Parking is available on the property or in front of the house. The holiday apartments available for rent are not suitable for pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the house.
Due to the risk of fire, it is not possible to store or charge e-bikes or pedelecs in the house or in the apartment!



On-site costs: The minimum stay for the Luise & Fritz holiday apartments is 3 nights. The following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount. Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will be charged 70% of the total amount.A cancellation made one day or less before arrival will be charged at 90% of the total amount.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
