• Living/dining area for 6 people (*for family holidays + Luise Apartment)
• Seating area, armchair, table, TV (satellite), radio (2 extra beds [200x80 cm each] can be added in this area)
• In the connecting area, a dishwasher and washing machine are available for longer stays … in case the kids’ clothes really do get dirty during an adventure trip to the mountains
• Bedroom with a 200x180 cm bed and a closet
• Shower, toilet
• Starting in mid-May, a small seating area for relaxing is available in the garden (Coordination with other guests is recommended)
• Parking space available; off-site parking is possible
• Bedding and towels provided
• Travel cot and high chair available; please coordinate with the host.




Visit us in a half-timbered house dating from 1856 at the foot of the Zittau Mountains, one of the most beautiful recreational areas in southeastern Germany, located in the Germany-Poland-Czech Republic border triangle. The spa towns of Jonsdorf, Oybin, Lückendorf, and Waltersdorf are easily accessible on foot, by bus, or by narrow-gauge railway. 
The house features a 33-square-meter ground-floor holiday apartment with 2 beds and a 77-square-meter upstairs holiday apartment for 2 people, with space for 2 additional guests. An additional baby bed is available for both holiday apartments upon request. It is also possible to book both holiday apartments together. Parking is available on the property or in front of the house. The holiday apartments available for rent are not suitable for pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the house.
Due to the risk of fire, it is not possible to store or charge e-bikes or pedelecs in the house or in the apartment!



On-site costs: The minimum stay for the Luise & Fritz holiday apartments is 3 nights. The following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will be charged at 30% of the total amount. Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will be charged at 70% of the total amount.A cancellation made one day or less before arrival will be charged at 90% of the total amount.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
