In the district of Puigrom 3 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1 km from the sea, 950 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Grocery 800 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Moventis estació bus" 3.7 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 22 km, sandy beach "Canyelles petites" 1 km, swimming bay 1 km.
