Gemütliche Ferienunterkunft mit Viel Privatsphäre in Einem Kleinen Park in Burgerbrug

Nicely situated holiday home, recently almost completely renovated, with lots of privacy in a small park in Burgerbrug.
This small park borders farmland, some of which has sheep. An old mill is within walking distance and can be visited on open days.
 
In 2021, the park was taken over by new owners. In addition to the five detached bungalows, of which this is one, a bed and breakfast has been added, as well as three small chalets with views of the meadows to the north.
The garden
The space around this cottage is large. In addition to the two landscaped flower gardens, there is plenty to enjoy in the sun on both the east and south sides. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the sun at a round table on the east side, as well as coffee time. In the afternoon, you can choose to relax on a chair from the lounge set on the south side.
In short, a wonderful holiday destination!

Living room and kitchen
The living room has a subtropical atmosphere with a large sofa, a coffee table, a wicker chair, and a spacious white dining table with comfortable chairs.
The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, a combination microwave, and a blender.
The entire ground floor has marble flooring, which is particularly pleasant, especially on hot summer days.
The holiday home has central heating and you can use the WiFi connection.
The SmartTV is operated with a Google TV remote control.

Two bedrooms
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed (1.60 m).
The bedroom upstairs is also attractively furnished with two single beds (which can easily be pushed together if desired). This room has a balcony, where it is wonderful to wake up in peace and quiet. Have a cup of tea or coffee (kettle available in the room), put your feet up on the (artificial) grass and listen to the birds singing.
There is also a television with a DVD player, on which children can play DVDs (choice of 35).

Sanitary facilities + white goods
Ground floor: Bathroom with shower and washbasin. The toilet is separate.
The washing machine and dryer are located outside the house in the right-hand (green) cupboard. The other cupboard is the meter cupboard.

For the children
For children of all ages, there are lots of toys in the shed for the beach and for use around the cottage.  A high chair (table attachment) is available.
Outside, next to the French doors, there are a few square metres of artificial grass where play tents can be set up or other activities can take place.

Parking
You have your own parking space for your car; number 6. (There are visitor spaces for guests). The shed in the yard has space for two bicycles.

Surroundings
For beach lovers: Burgerbrug is only 5 kilometres from the beach at Petten. Easy to cycle to (mostly on dedicated cycle paths).      It takes 10 minutes by car. Petten has excellent, free parking facilities throughout the village. In addition to the beach, it also borders a small forest with a lake and a picnic table. The small forest is surprisingly diverse in terms of vegetation and layout. It is worth taking a walk through and is also great fun for children.
There is also a small but charming walking park within walking distance of Vogelvrij. This is located diagonally behind Croon en Bergh (number 91). You have free access there.
